(2016-02-09) The Federal Ombudsman Secretariat has instructed that all complaints of redressal nature may be submitted in writing to the Embassy. This may be addressed to the Ambassador after which the petitioner would be called to the Embassy for hearing the complaint. The time span for dealing with requests of such a nature is one week.
